What Artist Provides:
Artist Uploads Song with 100% ownership and grants a non-exclusive, royalty free license to AI Music Welcome for the time that the Song is streaming on the Platform. f their is a Copyright dispute regarding the Song, AI Music Welcome will remove the Song from the Platform, but allow Upload again if the dispute is resolved by the Artist.
Artist agrees to use a PayPal account to receive the Monthly Payments of 80% of Tips from AI Music Welcome and provide an IRS Form W-9. When making Payments, AI Music Welcome will proved an itemized Receipt from PayPal showing the date and amount of Artist’s Tips for Accountability and Transparency.
Artist agrees to respect the intellectual property rights of others, such as copyrights and trademarks, whereas AI Music Welcome is compliant with DMCA Policy as detailed below. Again, any Song will be deleted if disputed and resolution is up the Artist.
